The ideal solution is to place them at a posterior angle of approximately 45\u00b0. <strong>Computer-assisted transmucosal implantology<\/strong> ensures maximum safety and <strong>minimal invasiveness<\/strong>, and the reduced number of implants also reduces the <strong>cost of the procedure<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This arrangement of the implants allows for the avoidance of the inviolable anatomical structures of the alveolar nerve in the mandible and the maxillary sinus in the upper arch.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">In the upper jaw, the optimal number of implants is six (all on six), obviously using the technique just described.\n\nPatients with limited bone availability can receive prosthetics.
