It is a modern technique that allows the construction of a fixed prosthesis of 10 – 12 teeth supported by 4 implants (hence the name implantology with complete rehabilitation on 4 implants) inserted in the anterior area of the jaw, which often has an abundant quantity of bone.

The implants must be arranged so as to create the widest possible support surface. The ideal solution is to place them at a posterior angle of approximately 45°. Computer-assisted transmucosal implantology ensures maximum safety and minimal invasiveness, and the reduced number of implants also reduces the cost of the procedure.

This arrangement of the implants allows for the avoidance of the inviolable anatomical structures of the alveolar nerve in the mandible and the maxillary sinus in the upper arch.

In the upper jaw, the optimal number of implants is six (all on six), obviously using the technique just described. Patients with limited bone availability can receive prosthetics. In cases where immediate loading is possible, the patient will be rehabilitated the same day with a fixed implant-supported prosthesis.
